5 star company. We bought the Loomis 155(LSD-155) cleaver in 2022, and everything from setup to installation to training was smooth and effective from our expert Jesus Pareja. We use the cleaver for die singulation where it can do up to 33 bars with a speed of 5 mins/bar. On top of that, they were generous enough to help us troubleshoot our older cleaver the Loomis 100 and service it and both cleavers run very well. We found that everything from the simplest of inquiries or even complicated ones were met with swift answers. Loomis even provided slides/pictures to guide us through how to overcome any problems we faced. Our operations need to run with minimal supervision and with 100% accuracy and we can definitely say that the cleaver once set up will operate with no supervision and with no problems whatsoever.
